I. About Our Company

1.) When did Affinity Photography World start as a business?

It was registered as a State of New Jersey business corporation on February 10th of 2010.

Find More Information Below…

2.) Does Affinity Photography World offer video services?

No. We are a stills only image capturing service and product provider.

4.) What style of photography does Affinity Photography World use?

We use a natural light photojournalistic style of photography, excluding our portraiture service.

When used, it allows us to capture fleeting moments of special event interactions, sporting competition climaxes, and wedding day occurrences which can transfer easily as affixed wall art decor.

Notingly, this unobtrusive capturing technique facilitates our ability to photograph naturally candid event activities.

In summary, the minimalist use of artificial lighting helps us tell stories of emotions which you and your loved ones will relish years or generations later.

3.) Does Affinity Photography World have a physical portrait studio location?

No. We come to your location for portraits or other events.

5.) What type of equipment will your photographers be using?

We will be toting handheld digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera systems. We will use lenses which are appropriate for the task.

We are no longer using analog film camera equipment for paid events.

We will use portable flashes or continuous lighting systems as needed, but we will be emphasizing the use of available natural light.

6.) Does Affinity Photography World outsource any of its work?

For authenticity’s sake, all pictures are, and will be, taken and created by us.

Adhering to such a high professional standard allows us to showcase our individualized and unique artistic expression envisioned at a particular moment.

By extension, all of our website and associated online social media accounts’ visual and lexicon content is modified by us.

Conversely, our jumbo prints, photo books, metal prints, and specialty items are outsourced to trusted industry experts.

Summarily, this philosophy appeals to the subset of people who are seeking to hire “outside of the box” inclined photographers - in a nutshell, “Who You See Is Who You’ll Get”.

II. Website Information

7.) What type of device do I need to navigate the Affinity Photography World website?

Any modern electronic device with a graphical display screen, a website browser, and network access to our internet domain, can view and use our responsive website.

8.) How can I find my Affinity Photography World photos online?

We will issue you a private password. Use it to access your specific collection of pictures.

10.) How do I download my private photos?

  1. View a picture from your private gallery.

  2. Click the download icon to begin the process.

  3. Choose to save the file onto your device.

  4. Repeat those steps to download additional pictures from your private gallery.

9.) Can I download free pictures from your website?

12.) How can I meet with a company representative to discuss your services and products?

An associate, or I, can meet in person with prospective or existing clients at a safe, convenient, and nearby destination to discuss our offerings.

Local libraries are our primary destination for in person, face to face meetings.

13.) Do you offer virtual online consultations and meetings?

Yes. Instead of meeting in person, we can dialogue virtually through Google Meet’s video conferencing program.

E-mail us at AffinityPhotographyWorld@gmail.com for more information.

14.) Does Affinity Photography World offer printed photos?

Yes. We print up to 13”x19” pictures internally.

Larger individual prints, photo books, custom material prints, and printed novelties are outsourced to our selected premium photography printing establishments.

Inquire about our particular picture printing options during a scheduled pre-booking meeting.

IV. Pricing Information

15.) Why are your prices more expensive than other local photographers?

Factually, Affinity Photography World prices are hovering at 10% to 36% greater than those of our nearby competitors. This glaring disproportionality is justifiable due to these reasons:

  1. 100% of the images we provide our clients will be captured by us, in realtime and on location - we do not use proxies.

  2. We do not aim to sell ordinary, run-of-the-mill snapshots. Assumingly, clients are seeking nonregular, but spectacularly composed eye candy of any event they hire us to shoot. Suffice to say, we “Aim To Please”, and “We Will Not Disappoint”!

  3. We precision edit 100% of the images we provide to our clients through well established, but time consuming, industry practices.

  4. We ensure every image we release to our clients pass our stringent 9-point, 4-tier, quality control tests. These painstaking, uncompromising analyses ensure they are of an impeccable caliber.

Translation: We will not give subpar pictures to our paying clients.

  5. We listen to our clients’ requests when dialoguing and handle them as their indicated desires.

Translation: We work for our paying clients, and not insist they accept our ‘professional’ tilt on the visual memories we are hired to produce for them - we work for our clients!

  6. We are candid - if we cannot meet a client’s photographic expectations, then we will verbalize such deficiency upfront.

  7. We are ACCESSIBLE! No need to scour unreachable or uninhabitable locales to ask us questions regarding the service or product you entrusted us to deliver to you.

Easy To Find. Willing To Respond. Keeping It Professional.

  8. We funnel our real world business pet peeves to the Affinity Photography World operating philosophy and filter out the bad; we relay the remainder to you: Good, Old Fashioned, Honest Business.

16.) How often are Affinity Photography World services available at sale pricing?

Seldomly. As outlined in question #15, our prices are based on the worth of our photographic services and products in the current market.

Occasionally, we offer copious discounts on our services and products for limited time periods during select holidays, and/or special seasonal activities.

Check our prices periodically to view current discounts, if applicable.

17.) Will you give a retroactive discount or refund?

Yes. If you book a service and/or product with us and we release a price discount within 45 days after we receive your initial (1st) payment, then we will adjust your remaining payments proportionately.

If you have already completed full payment for the affected service and/or product within the past 60 days, then we will issue you a refund for the difference (if you inquire).

V. Payment Information

18.) Which forms of payment does Affinity Photography World accept?

We accept the following payment methods in person:

  • Cash

  • Personal Checks

  • Business Checks

  • Bank Drafts

  • Cashier’s Cheques

The following secure payment methods are available via our website:

  • Credit Cards

  • Charge Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • AfterPay

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting money orders or traveler’s cheques.

Additionally, as of June 2026, we are not prepared to accept any evolutionary form of payment such as ‘bitcoin’ or ‘crypto’. Likewise, for wire transfers.

Furthermore, we cannot accept any conversion required currency, or other nonstandard U.S.A. forms of legal tender as payment.

19.) Does Affinity Photography World require an initial payment to reserve services?

Yes. A good faith intial (1st) payment is required for all services and products we offer, unless paid in full.

The initial payment percentage varies based on the service or product you are seeking.

20.) Is my initial payment refundable?

Partially. All initial (installment #1) payments only are 80% refundable based on the following client cancellation notice timeframes:

  • Wedding Photography - 35 days or more before the wedding date.

  • Sports Photography - 36 hours or more before game start time.

  • Special Event Photography - 10 days or more before event date.

  • Creative Digital Photography - 72 hours or more before scheduled delivery time.

  • Portrait Photography - 36 hours or more before session start time.

  • Automotive Photography - 36 hours or more before session start time.

  • Stock Photography - 8 hours or more before download delivery time.

21.) Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Courteously, Affinity Photography World allows clients to payoff balances in four equal installments.

Your initial payment counts as installment number one. Your next two payments (two & three) will be spread out based on your event’s date.

Your final (fourth) payment will be due after your event’s date, but before your final pictures are made available to you. Thus, your photo collection will be accessible to you only after we receive your fourth (final) payment.

This convenient, ‘in-house’ payment plan is not a loan or any other type of financing program. Thus, we will not add any type of extra fees, such as principal interest, handling fees, filing fees, processing fees, delivery fees, prep fees, origination fees, documentation fees, late fees, prepayment fees, administration fees, paperwork fees, or other random miscellaneous costs.

Plus, Affinity Photography World is not licensed, or authorized, to pull credit reports, background data, or other financial or personal insights from clients who are seeking to contract with us for photography services and/or products.

On the other hand, we have aligned with many well established and household name regulated financial service providers. We use them as financial liaisons between our photography company and our clients who are seeking more traditional financing options.

Namely, Affinity Photography World accepts Klarna and AfterPay through our website. Our clientele can obtain extended payment plans on our photography services through either of those vendors (using their criteria).

Furthermore, you can pay on our website through PayPal’s Pay-In-4 installment plan; if your services meet their criteria.

As a suggestion, we urge our clients to use our ‘no strings attached’, no credit or background check, ‘in-house’ 4 payment plan option, unless paying in full.

VI. Contracts & Invoices

22.) Does Affinity Photography World use client contracts?

Yes. Your photography client contract can be viewed and signed online, or a physical version of it can be read and signed in person.

23.) How can I view, sign, and print my client contract online?

Conveniently, your client photography service contract can be reviewed and signed over the internet.

Preferably, a physical, ink and paper version of it should be read, verified, and signed in person during one of our scheduled pre-event meetings.

The online method is as follows:

  • Step 1: Check your e-mail and/or text messages for a link to our client photography contract.

  • Step 2: Read the contract. Ensure services requested, prices, location, and dates are as agreed.

  • Step 3: Sign your client photography contract online.

  • Step 4: Check your e-mail and/or text messages for associated correspondences from us.

  • Step 5: Print the final, signed version of that contract, and any relevant e-mails and/or text messages.

  • Step 6: Meet with us during your contracted event’s scheduled date, time, and location.

VII. Picture Delivery Timeframes

24.) Does Affinity Photography World offer a same day picture turnaround service?

No. We adhere to our tagline: “Where Quality Matters”.

In other words, our operating business model does not permit the distribution of polished, upscale pictures during the day of the event.

NOTES:

  • We offer an optional on-the-spot printing service through our Special Event Photographyspecialty.

Our pictures disbursed using this method are not cropped, color corrected, straightened, or otherwise vetted thoroughly. We market and handle them as useful ‘event fillers’.

  • Stock Photography pictures are available for download 24 hours (one day) after we receive final payment.

Conversely, and intentionally, our stock pictures are ready for rapid delivery, since they were culled and processed meticulously with such short notice usage in mind.

25.) How long will it take to receive my pictures?

Picture turnaround times vary based on the type of service, product, or event in question.

Use the following outline for rough estimates:

  • Wedding Pictures - 14 days for up to 3 preview pictures; 75 days for all final pictures.

  • Sports Pictures - 48 hours for up to 3 preview pictures; 14 days for all final pictures.

  • Special Event Pictures - 5 days for up to 3 preview pictures; 60 days for all final pictures.

  • Creative Digital Pictures - 7 days for 1 preview picture; 45 days for final picture.

  • Portrait Pictures - 5 days for 1 preview picture; 30 days for all final pictures.

27.) Will you be adding new zip codes to your photography servicing regions?

Yes. On May 17th of 2026, we completed Stage I of our expansion into the coastal Southeastern states of the U.S.A.

Part B (of Stage I) occurred during the weekend of February 21st & 22nd of this year (2026). During that wholesome and adventurous leg of the stage, we had the opportunity to linkup with Pierre, who is regarded universally as the most seasoned and talented photographer in the Atlanta, Georgia area. His upscale Southern based photography company, Golden Peaches Digital Imagery, has been enjoyable and seemless to work with on high dollar and high visibility assignments and projects.

In unison with three highly skilled Affinity Photography World photographers, Pierre has been leading the charge gracefully as we deliver remarkable pictures for an astute and distinguished group of clients in Georgia.

His knowledge and experience with photographing minimally lit indoors special events shined brightly as our clientele was mesmerized by the high quality pictures we delivered to them.

Since mid-May of 2026, Pierre and Travis (lead photographer and owner of Affinity Photography World) have been working continuously to fulfill a heavy load of 17 contracted outdoors professional and semi-professional baseball and offseason football games.

On a different note, on February 17th, 2026 (Part A of Stage I), Affinity Photography World officially joined photographic operations with a rock solid, upstanding, luxury photography studio/event center (Lux Luminary Imaging Studio and Hall) in Sanford, Florida.

Our combined client bases, photography equipment, plus our unsaddled visionary image creating abilities, have begun to turn up the temperature surrounding the photographic magnificence that has started to reach the hands of a posh and upscale clientele base in and around Sanford, Orlando, Miami, and the outlying beach communities along Florida’s Atlantic Ocean shoreline.

Last month, on May 17th of 2026, we made several important announcements regarding the completion of a phase that will see our “Where Quality Matters“ adage get bestowed upon Southern States customers who will accept nothing less than the best!

Two days prior, on May 15th of 2026, Affinity Photography World officially linked arms with two additional photography companies located in the South.

First up, we solidified our ever expanding photography brand’s alliance seeking platform by coexisting with Conway, South Carolina’s ‘Carolina By The Beach - Under The Sun Photo And Video’; known internally as Part C of Stage I.

Their fluorishing business is headquartered in an easily accessible, clean, well lighted modern storefront. Its owners, Cindy and Phil, are well known, trusted, and accomplished within the Route 501 and Highway 17 locales near gorgeous Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Formally and gratefully, Affinity Photography World’s crew of homegrown (Trenton, New Jersey) stills photographers will be working in lockstep with the upbeat and energetic photography staff at ‘Carolina By The Beach - Under The Sun Photo And Video’.

After a successful joint effort during several large scale indoors and outdoors motorcycle, car, truck, and boat events along the Grand Strand during 2026’s Memorial Day holiday, both crews will continue to photograph areawide events throughout the month of June (of 2026)!

Enthused, our companies worked together to capture lustrous photos from four weddings during May of 2026 - one of an NFL player, and a different one for a WNBA player. Not finished yet, our photographers are booked and prepared to work collectively to service eight (8) additional weddings during June of 2026.

Shifting slightly northwards, Affinity Photography World and the ever popular One Carolina Visual Media Group, Incorporated signed a formal agreement to work tirelessly and diligently to uphold the uberly high expectations of the many keen eyed photography customers who live in and around the Charlotte and Raleigh communities in North Carolina! This final phase of Stage I was known internally as Part D.

Specifically, we are in motion to provide contracted premium stills photography coverage for 14 organized professional, semi-professional, and ameteur boxing and MMA events in those locales between May 14th of 2026 and July 11th of 2026.

Throughout the month of June of 2026, Affinity Photography World stills photographers will be working in harmony with selected stills photographers from One Carolina Visual Media Group’s pool of over 75 highly accomplished veteran visual arts creators. North Carolina: “We have arrived!”

Summing up our progress, May 17th of 2026 represents the day that Affinity Photography World propelled rapidly towards our never ending journey of generating and delivering appeasing stills photography to the most particular clientele groups in existence!

We are able to satisfy, and often exceed, the mile high laundry list of seemingly impossible to meet expectations presented by the lower East Coast’s most detail oriented customers. Oftentimes, they value dearly each dollar earned and every penny spent, and Affinity Photography World visual artists always rise to the occasion!

All to say: “We Did It Again! Another milestone is set and reached”.

Be sure to reread this F.A.Q. periodically to learn the new and exciting avenues East Trenton, New Jersey’s homegrown photography company will be embarking upon next.

31.) How are e-mails handled by your company?

XI. More Information…

33.) How can I contact you electronically?

32.) Why do my photos’ colors and ‘pop’ look different on various devices?

This small visual compatibility issue is caused by color space (or color profile) anomolies.

If your viewing devices permit Settings changes, then select the sRGB color space (or color profile) for photos.
