I. About Our Company
1.) When did Affinity Photography World start as a business?
It was registered as a State of New Jersey business corporation during February of 2010.
Find More Information Below…
2.) Does Affinity Photography World offer video services?
No. We are a stills only image capturing service and product provider.
3.) Does Affinity Photography World have a physical portrait studio location?
No. We come to your location for portraits or other events.
4.) What style of photography does Affinity Photography World use?
We use a natural light photojournalistic style of photography, excluding our portraiture service.
When used, it allows us to capture fleeting moments of special event interactions, sporting competition climaxes, and wedding day occurrences which can transfer easily as affixed wall art decor.
Notingly, this unobtrusive capturing technique facilitates our ability to photograph naturally candid event activities.
In summary, the minimalist use of artificial lighting helps us tell stories of emotions which you and your loved ones will relish years or generations later.
5.) What type of equipment will your photographers be using?
We use handheld digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera systems. We use lenses which are appropriate for the task.
We do not use analog film camera equipment.
We use portable flashes or continuous lighting systems as needed, but we emphasize the use of available natural light.
6.) Does Affinity Photography World outsource any of its work?
For authenticity’s sake, all pictures are, and will be, taken and created by us.
Adhering to such a standard allows us to showcase our individualized and unique artistic expression envisioned at a particular moment.
By extension, all of our website and associated online social media accounts’ visual and lexicon content is modified by us.
Conversely, our jumbo prints, photo books, and specialty items are outsourced to trusted industry experts.
Summarily, this philosophy appeals to the subset of people who are seeking to hire “outside of the box” inclined photographers.

We accept the following payment methods in person:
Cash

Cashier’s Cheques
The following secure payment methods are available via our website:

PayPal
Klarna
AfterPay
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting money orders.
Additionally, as of January 2026, we are not prepared to accept any form of ‘bitcoin’ or other evolutionary forms of payment.
16.) Does Affinity Photography World require an initial payment to reserve services?
Yes. A good faith intial (1st) payment is required for all services and products we offer, unless paid in full.
The initial payment percentage varies based on the service or product you are seeking.
17.) Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Courteously, Affinity Photography World allows clients to payoff balances in four equal installments.
Your initial payment counts as installment number one. Your next two payments (two & three) will be spread out based on your event’s date.
Your final (fourth) payment will be due after your event’s date, but before your final pictures are made available to you. Thus, your photo collection will be accessible to you only after we receive your fourth (final) payment.
This convenient, ‘in-house’ payment plan is not a loan or any other type of financing program. Thus, you will not be charged any type of extra fees, such as principal interest, handling fees, filing fees, origination fees, documentation fees, late fees, prepayment fees, administration fees, paperwork fees, or other random miscellaneous costs.
Plus, Affinity Photography World is not licensed, or authorized, to pull credit reports, background data, or other financial or personal insights from clients who are seeking to contract with us for photography services and/or products.
On the other hand, we have partnered with many well established and household name regulated financial service providers. We use them as financial middlemen between our photography company and our clients who are seeking more traditional financing options.
Namely, Affinity Photography World accepts Klarna and AfterPay through our website. Our clients can obtain extended payment plans on our photography services through either of those vendors (using their criteria).
Furthermore, you can pay on our website through PayPal’s Pay-In-4 installment plan; if your services meet their criteria.
As a suggestion, we urge our clients to use our ‘no strings attached’, no credit or background check, ‘in-house’ 4 payment plan option, unless paying in full.
18.) Is my initial payment refundable?
Yes. All initial (installment #1) payments only are 80% refundable based on the following client cancellation notice timeframes:
Wedding Photography - 30 days or more before the wedding date.
Sports Photography - 24 hours or more before game start time.
Special Event Photography - 7 days or more before event date.
Creative Digital Photography - 72 hours or more before scheduled delivery time.

Automotive Photography - 24 hours or more before session start time.
Stock Photography - 8 hours or more before download delivery time.
V. Contracts & Invoices
19.) Does Affinity Photography World use client contracts?
Yes. Your photography client contract can be viewed and signed online, or a physical version of it can be signed in person.
20.) How can I view, sign, and print my client contract electronically?
Conveniently, your client photography service contract can be reviewed and signed online.
Preferably, a physical, ink and paper version of it should be signed in person during one of our scheduled pre-event meetings.
The online method is as follows:
Step 1: Check your e-mail and/or text messages for a link to our client photography contract.
Step 2: Read the contract. Ensure services requested, prices, location, and dates are as agreed.
Step 3: Sign your client photography contract online.
Step 4: Check your e-mail and/or text messages for associated correspondences from us.
Step 5: Print the final, signed version of that contract, and any relevant e-mails and/or text messages.
Step 6: Meet with us during your contracted event’s scheduled date, time, and location.
VI. Picture Delivery Timeframes
21.) Does Affinity Photography World offer a same day picture turnaround service?
No. We adhere to our tagline: “Where Quality Matters”.
In other words, our operating business model does not permit the distribution of polished, upscale pictures during the day of the event.
NOTES:
We offer an optional on-the-spot printing service through our Special Event Photography specialty. Pictures disbursed using this method are not color corrected, straightened, cropped, or otherwise vetted thoroughly. They are intended as ‘event fillers’.
Stock Photography pictures are available for download 24 hours (1 day) after we receive final payment. Conversely, and intentionally, our stock pictures are ready for rapid delivery, since they were culled and processed meticulously with such short notice usage in mind.
22.) How long will it take to receive my pictures?
Picture turnaround times vary based on the type of service, product, or event in question.
Use the following outline for rough estimates:
Wedding Pictures - 5 days for up to 4 preview pictures; 45 days for all final pictures.
Sports Pictures - 2 days for up to 3 preview pictures; 6 days for all final pictures.
Special Event Pictures - 3 days for up to 5 preview pictures; 21 days for all final pictures.

Likely, we will start sharing our coveted photography skills and services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida within the next seven months.
As of January 2026, we have built rapport with several upscale photography businesses in those coastal states.
Collectively, Affinity Photography World and two or three Southern based photography strongholds will be forming a photography cooperative group to better serve those local communities.
VIII. Social Media Info
25.) Are you posting on some of the web’s social media platforms?

26.) How can I stay current with Affinity Photography World’s projects and/or outreach efforts?
Visit one of our aforementioned online internet website social media accounts.
IX. Texts & E-mails
27.) Why am I receiving phone text messages from Affinity Photography World?
In a conscious effort to stay current with swiftly evolving conversation and marketing technologies, we use smartphone text messaging as a complementary client communication method.
We will send text messages only to those clients who have agreed explicitly to receive them from us.
28.) How are e-mails handled by your company?
We send e-mails to our clients as a supplementary communication method.
You will receive e-mails from us for such things as booking status, upcoming event reminders, account creation, picture gallery availability, ‘in-house’ payment due reminders, location meetup coordinates, special discount codes, and other relevant business information.
You do not have to agree expressly to receive e-mails from us; when suitable, they will be sent automatically to your registered e-mail address.
X. More Information…
29.) Why do my photos’ colors and ‘pop’ look different on various devices?
This small visual compatibility issue is caused by color space (or color profile) anomolies.
If your viewing devices permit Settings changes, then select the sRGB color space (or color profile) for photos.
